Marking of corrosion circuits involves study of process section, corresponding process fluid, fluid composition, mass balance, temperature, pressure, material of construction, possible corrosion mechanisms, corrosion rates from measured, predicted, calculated data etc. The sub product at the end of this study would be identification of various corrosion circuits, predicted corrosion rates, corrosion allowance available etc. to model the process equipment & piping for risk analysis.
