AGT can provide post-study support on review of the task package & necessary preparation prior to uploading into plant's CMMS or inspection & maintenance modules of ERP system. This of course requires details of CMMS / ERP configuration / inputs of planner & scheduler earlier in the project.
The job packing activity is an activity performed after the maintenance tasks are selected to populate the maintenance management system in an effective way. The purpose of job packing is to:
- Optimize the execution of maintenance tasks.
- Prepare the activities for an effective "day to day" operational planning process.
After the task package development, load leveling of the inspection / maintenance tasks will be done for uniform distribution of tasks for man-power planning and utilization. AGT can closely work with clients for these activities and for testing & spot checking prior to Go Live & implementation.
