AIMS studies for developing operation & maintenance strategies use risk based approach and have gained popularity and acceptance in the onshore & offshore industries. It is gaining acceptance in maritime industry now. Many maritime companies are aware of these methodologies and are implementing these studies subject to benefit realization. AGT has extensive experience in performing these studies and as well as offering class room training programs prior to commencing studies. The objective is to develop a dedicated team in client's premises, to persuade the team to take ownership of the project and to have a knowledgeable team participation in the subsequence project group sessions.
Training program
Training programs generally scheduled for 3 days cover in depth the theory, methodology and the working process. Case studies are offered for each section to enable candidates to understand and learn faster. A test is conducted at the end of the training program to ensure candidates are equipped for handling projects. Courses are designed for 2, 3 or 4 days depending on the requirements.
